What are renovation loans?
A renovation loan is a short-term real estate loan designed to help investors finance both the property and the cost of improvements or repairs. These loans are commonly used for fix-and-flip projects, property upgrades, additions, or properties that need renovations before they can be rented or sold.
Unlike traditional bank loans, renovation loans are typically based on the property’s current value and its projected value after the improvements are completed—often referred to as the “After Repair Value” or ARV.
These loans are ideal for:

Fill our easy application with limited information & provide a few documents that allows our team to quickly evaluate qualifications and get you a approved as fast as 24 hours.
Step 4:
We Get your loan close Quickly
Once your loan is approved, our team will reach out to escrow and get a settlement statement and prelim title report. We can have your loan documents out for signing as fast as we can gather those items.

We don’t have a minimum credit score. We take into account your overall scenario. Taking into account your scenario, experience, and credit to make a common sense decision. We understand the credit reporting systems sometimes don’t tell the whole story. Call or email us today so we can review your unique scenario.
No experience, no problem. If you have good credit and some reserves to the the project to the finish line, then we can help you fund your first fix flip. We also consider construction, real estate, and homeownership experience when evaluating your loan. This allows us to lend to new investors with the right borrower profile.
We can close as fast and escrow and title can get us a prelim title report and estimated settlement statement. We are a direct lender and we have funds available. We don’t look for individual investors for each loan as funds are needed. This means we are there for you when you find the right deal and we can close quickly to help you make aggressive offers.
We conduct an in house valuation that involves gathering a photos and a scope of work for renovations that can be completed quickly. Often times we can complete our valuation process in 24 hours or less once we have your application and supporting documents.
