Recently, we have seen an uptick towards the top end of the range with 860 homes sold in March of 2026. This is expected with the increase in inventory we are seeing, but we have also seen an increase in marketing times to go along with the increased inventory. For real estate investors, these are areas to watch closely, particularly with interest rate reductions that were expected, now coming into question with the recent inflation jump caused by the Iran conflict. There were expectations of further rate decreases in 2026, but now there are grumblings of rate increases if inflation is not curbed.
