CONSTRUCTION LOAN TERMS
Up to 100% of Construction Budget
Loan amount not to exceed 65% of finished value of property
2-4 points on most 12-18 month loans
9.9-12% interest depending on LTV
Loan is held in Fund Control and released on Draws
Interest is paid only on drawn amount of loan
No prepayment penalty, extensions available
