We had to close on a a time sensitive real estate acquisition to buy a highly discounted property. My bank of thirty years stated no problem but they would take 6-8 weeks. The other hard lenders like Lima promised quick turnaround but then had zero respect for my time, experience and financial net worth. (I have not been messed around by a lender that much in 40 years).
I contacted Landzman. After a few hours they gave me the thumbs up that I could put in the offer. Deal done. Thanks Landzman
