Our team assesses the property's current value, ARV (after repair value, and your proposed budget to determine loan eligibility & we will send you an application and a few upfront disclosures for signature
Step 3:
Apply & appraisal
Fill out our easy application with limited information & provide a few documents that allows our team to quickly evaluate qualifications, the pro-premier product also requires an appraisal that can take 5-7 days
Step 4:
approval & closing
Once your loan is approved, our team will arrange the signing with a professional notary. Allow up to 3 days to complete the loan signing and funding.
