Recent Funding in Jurupa Valley:  We recently had the privilege of funding a fix & flip project in Jurupa Valley, right in the heart of Riverside County. Our investor client purchased the property for $500,000 in July of 2024 and had it on the market in less than 90 days with a very impressive remodel.  In addition to modern finishes, they thoughtfully staged the home and captured it with professional photos, creating a standout presentation that drew interest from potential buyers. However, they were unable to sell the home in the fall, took it off the market, and re-listed after the new year where it sold quickly. For this transaction, Lantzman Lending provided a loan of $507,000, enabling the investor to expedite the purchase and renovation plan without tying up personal capital. The quick closing and streamlined application process allowed them to focus on what matters most—transforming the property and increasing its resale value.
